Acl Enterprises — asking for pay the amount for the noc

I was started work for form filling of acl enterprises
But after 3 or 4 days my laptop was distroy that's why i didn't complete the forms then i get a phone call from surat gujarat advocate that says me to pay the amount of rs 12500 rs for the noc if i will not pay this amount

Fir mujhe surat court mai 17000 rs pay krna hoga or jis number se call aya tha oska true caller pe advocate gs solution name show ho rha tha or sprm contact bhi tha

Sir plz mujhe btaiye ki ye fraud hai ya nhi
Mujhe pay krna chahiye ya nhi
Or mere pass to itna amount bhi nhi hai
