I have a complaint against acl enterprises.
It's a company that provides home based data entry work. It's based in surat gujarat.
I got a call from acl about one month ago to join for data entry work in which they will provide 800 pages to be completed in 7 days and they will pay 25 rupees per page. Due to some reason i was not able to complete the work so they said a legal case has been filed against you and i[censored] want to stop the case so you have to deposit 20000 as fine. They gave me a time period of 4 days to complete the remaining work and promised the payment within 2 days of summation of work.
But somehow from some source i got to know that the company is fake and i confirmed my doubt by the checking the company details on the website of ministry of corporate affairs where it's written that the company is strikes off that is the company no longer exists. I talked to the company's so called manager so he denied about the company being fake.
Now i want my money back. Please help.
I have attached the payment details and the company's legal status proof.
The company's owner is nitish khawani.
