B Sc Admission Rules are conflicting due this peoples are facing problem and causing admission cancellation and hence spoiling of career of meritorious student.
For example:
An admission order was given to a student on 28/07/2014 at 3:00pm at Ahmedabad for Admission in MSU Badoda, mentioning the reporting as "5 working days excluding the day of admission". The student reported on 02/08/2014 (in forenoon) which is well within the mentioned reporting time (also due to the one official holiday in this week). But MSU closed admission on 01/08/2014 due to instructions from ACPC. Upon contacting to ACPD Ahmedabad (LD Collage) it was told they cant do anything, only MSU can do something. Upon contacting MSU, it was told only ACPC can do something.
All this happens due to the conflicting rule/statement of ACPC.
