1. I am B Kaushik Siddharth residing at No: 46, Royal Garden Kattupakkam, having Contact Number – [protected]. I joined Apollo Computer Education on seeing the Advertisement in T. Nagar, on 26 Apr 2017.
2.The Apollo Computer Education had made more Advertisement on a course called MPA (Masters in Professional Accounts) for that course they had promised Guaranteed Job Offer with Huge promise of more Standard Training. I was at that time was a Helpless Jobless person believed completely on their Promise and Statement, at that Time the Course coordinator was Miss Sreelekha and a Manager –
3. I entirely believed them - the two persons, so that they used my condition and told to join immediately the course. At First the Sreelekha – the Course coordinator Sreelekha at that time stated that the course MPA has 6 Parts –
“ Total Fees Rs. 1, 30, 000 – but as offers were going on at that time, so there has been Huge Discount so the course is now offered at only just Rs 30, 000 as the Institute - Apollo Computer Education wants to do promote this course as it is Newly startedâ€.
But Rs. 6000 was reduced as I told that I don’t want the Mini Tablet which will be given for this Course. So I fully paid Rs. 24, 100/- as course Total Fees to Apollo Computer Education.
4. All this Course Fees was Enormous and Exaggerated and I felt in starting itself doubted whether it will be really good or not - effective. But they confirmed and Assured me to the Extent that I joined by the Starting of May 2017, the Time was a Huge Hectic Time period as a large number of Students from College, School as it was summer holidays all joined in Huge number of courses At that time from start of May - July the Training Centre was wholly Busy was giving Little or No Attention, I really felt Dejected and was asking the Staff to take steps, They (The Staff at that time) too tried but to No Avail, Even they them self can’t make any proper arrangement for all students.
5. The Honourable Court must clearly understand this. And Still I clearly waited for the August Month. At the middle of the August Month I was – only at that time I was introduced to a Trainer. I had to come to Training for only Three days, she would have taken just 2 introductory classes. Again, It was her last month – She got Relieved from the Trainer Job.
6. And as days passed by their Training was really packed and they could not even spend a little time, at last I was though at initial time was given some little Attention was thoroughly Neglected. Now the Trainer got relieved from her Job, which made the Training even more Difficult.
7. Again the Mgmt. Staff Arranged for an Another Trainer, There are only Two Trainers available at that time. This Trainer was taking a busily to other Students. And that too in the Middle of the Course she too found it to be very difficult to cope with me, I too found it really hard that too really a very Unsatisfied Type.
And I myself then and there told the Mgmt. that it is not a Proper way of Addressing my Issue. Likewise Time by Now had went by September End 2017, In between I was Introduced to Auditor, who had started taking the Accounts Class – that too only on Sundays.
8. The Auditor has started taking some 2 – 3 basic classes, I could not able to describe it because The Apollo Computer Education didn’t follow a Standard Training System which has to be Sound and More Efficient. There are More than 45 Topics in Basic Accounts alone and those – At the Time of My Joining they two assured me that more and More Practical Training only will be given by making work on the Practical Case Studies, Real time Accounts Sheets. But to No Avail, as time went by I would have attended some 4 classes, but some New Students joined which delayed. And from Oct, 2017, The Auditor was put on long pending Leave with No Exact Time of Arrival. Till Nov 2017 we had to wait and I would have attended some basic 3 – 4 Classes.
9. I at that Junction lost my All Patience and decided to vacate for some and Good Sincere More Standard Training Institute and By Dec 2017, I directly Straight away Approached the Same Manager for Refund of my Fees Amount – in Full because not even the Course was made any considerable Progress went to the Manager and said about my plight and Situation and demanded the Refund to get carried on. But he pacified me to such an Extent that I left for. That was the Mistake I really should have avoided.
10. I was Made to other branch, but there the Mgmt. allotted a person to train me on Tally, he taught some basics exactly and told me that the training is over, but Is and Not any Real Time Practical’s just some basic low level training that is needed for and, and with so much difficulty the Trainer made some progress and not to mention that even if I asked the details on Subject Matters, the Trainer will say, for your level knowing this is enough, By Apr 2018, and I was trying to contact the Auditor but he became very busy with the other peoples.
11. I had continuously asked the Auditor to state about his negligence, why he is just explaining just simply basics, he just coolly explained that he will take about fully only with an even higher training and that too he only individually takes and that it costs equivalent to Rs 60, 000. I was literally shocked that to see that why I got into such a Tricky Institute and Tricky staff, they are literally trained to forge students to get into such a situation such as once Fees has been paid that can, there is no other way except to move on with the institute and how it runs.
12. The Auditor told that, at present one Batch is running it might end in 3 months, I could not include you as I have to take from Basics. At around Jan ‘2019 I called him, explained, The Auditor had explained that He got RELIEVED from the Company - Apollo Computer Education. That solve, He has cheated me, even exposing the Fraudulent Nature of himself. Even he will make me come to his individual office, but he go to his client place and that happened some 10 – 15 times, I got literally frustrated.
13. I decided that by this I had Enough, I should have been Stubborn with my Earlier Demand of Full Refund, but now I thought then I consulted with my known sources, that they told that it is possible as now a days the consumer awareness as such is there, so I directly asked the Mgmt. Of Apollo Computer Education to return my Fees.
14. I had finally decided to be determined and to get Refund of my Total course Fees and had been continuously requesting the Apollo Computer Education Management and been making numerous calls to various offices of Apollo Computer Education for Refund for past 2 Yrs., but to No or Nil Response from the Opposite Party – Apollo Computer Education.
Cause of Action –
15. I hereby state to the Honourable Commission that the Institute – Apollo computer Education Made me run from Pillar to Post from Branch to Branch for this Thing but Every Branch will Automatically say that T – Nagar is the Main Office, So by Dec 2020 I went and asked for Final Solution, The Lady Staff / “ A Student who behaved so Rogue He (That Student) calling my mother Bast….. With Private Parts Involved by coming near me secretly, that he will go inside them.†He, that Manager was really calm but he too joined and another one Male Staff also joined in beating me physically with severity.
16. Finally the New Manager told to write a Letter, he promised that he will find a good proper solution But the Next day the Male Staff and the New Manager came to my House and threatened my Father of Dire Consequences that I will face if I comes to the Apollo Computer Office. I waited for 1 week that somehow the Mgmt. of Apollo Computer Education will respond, but they gave No Importance as usual. So I again went to their Office by 8 – 01 – 2021 for a Final Solution, This time both beat me furiously in my Back of Neck, I felt the Pain for 4 Consecutive Days.
I could not Turn Properly, rather I hung my Head for support. They went to Police and bought in, As per Police – R1 Mambalam T – Nagar police Station suggestion only I was argued that If I went to Court I will be given Justice to my agony, and that I was told that to have come very Early and as Court is now the only Solution.
I – as the Complainant therefore prays that the Request the Honourable Commission, to render Justice by passing the Judgement and decree in favour of me
1. Directing the Opposite Parties to give Refund my Fees Rs 24, 100.
2. Directing the Opposite Parties to pay Rs. 10, 000, as Additional charges for the Mental Agony & My Unnecessary Waste of Time & using Apollo Computer Education Staffs and Students to Physically Assault me.
