Act Broadband — worst ever and cheating service from act., no support from their customer care

My act number:[protected][protected]), last saturday[protected] onwards no internet in my home, i raised a complaint to act support sr[protected]
. They said with 24hours it will ready. But today is[protected] till now not yet resolved. So many time i have called every time they are telling it will be ready with in 24 hours. I spoke to higher officer mr. Vignesh he also told me same thing but nothing happened till now.in my organisation they deducted my salary due to unable to do wfh. Lose of pay happened for last 4 days. Please take necessary action. Waste of money.
