I took wifi service of act broadband. The engineer came to my home installed the wifi, that time speed was slow, below 10 mbps. I was taken 100mbps, he said tomorrow he will come and fix the issue. I waited for a whole month he never came or nor picked up my call. Meanwhile, i did several complaints through act app, alwasy my ticket gets disclosed without any solution.
When i tried to call on given customer care number to disconnect my service, never get connected with customer care. After month, aumatically broadband service get upgraded and made due balance on me. Still yet i'm sending mail to him and keep raising ticket through app, but till yet my connect has not be disconnected. But line is disconnected, means no internet but every month, keep charging me.
Guy's i'm requesting you all, please don't service from act, otherwise you would be in trouble. You will have to pay every month bill without using any internet.
Their service is postpaid service, so think before taking act broadbank connection.
