I am filing this complaint against ACT Fibernet due to frequent internet disconnections, delayed response times, and the lack of effective customer support, which have been severely impacting my ability to work from home.
For the past 2–3 months, I have been facing repeated issues with internet downtime and poor network stability. I have raised multiple service tickets — nearly one complaint every week (examples include: #SR[protected], #SR[protected], #SR[protected], etc.). However, the resolution timelines consistently exceed 24 hours, with little to no proactive support or human interaction — most responses come from automated systems.
On Sunday, 29 June 2025, around 3:00 PM IST, I lost internet connectivity again, with the router showing an orange blinking light. I immediately raised a complaint, but the assigned resolution time was only for the following evening — a clear reflection of the service delays that I’ve repeatedly faced.
Despite being a paying customer, I’ve received substandard service, and my repeated escalation attempts have gone unanswered. This has severely affected both my work productivity and mental well-being, given that I rely on stable internet for my profession.
If this pattern continues, I will be left with no choice but to switch to a more reliable ISP. I also seek compensation for the repeated service failures and request the concerned authorities to investigate ACT Fibernet’s service standards in my locality.
Relief Sought:
Immediate and permanent resolution of connectivity issues.
Faster response timelines and access to actual human support.
Compensation for the recurring inconvenience.
Assurance of improved service quality moving forward.
