No proper response from customer service when a ticket is raised ... And the ticket is closed from their end without getting any confirmation about the status of the request ... none of the customer service executive respond to the queries properly and also I experienced rude behaviour from one agent .. I want to surrender my account and want to know the steps to surrender my account ......

Payment of Rs.1203.6 for October paid online through Axis bank on 10/10/2020 @ 12.05 am (11/10/20) not reflected in my account till date despite many phone calls and mails to helpdesk. The Bank have given a letter stating that the transaction went successful vide their reference
INB/[protected] and the letter has been forwarded by mail to helpdesk.
The issue is pending for more than 40 days....

Connection shifting.

No proper options in app/ website for making a connection shifting request. I want to change from one flat to another flat in the same apartments. But that option is not provided. The website was not at all uselful for making the shift request. When i spoke to customer care they are telling to make the request via app or link. But that is not possible. I even mailed a lot of times from past many days. Still no reply from act side. Worst service....
