I have raised an installation request for ACT fiber at home on July 29th 2025 in Hyderabad. They took the money for installation which is 9551 INR. The work order was generated which is (WO[protected]. Due to non transparent approach i was not interested to take the installation forward. After that i cancelled the work order from my side, created a service request which is (SR[protected]) and tried reaching them multiple times for refund . but it was horrible experience for me as a customer that they did not cancel my work order till now and did not initiate any refund for the amount which they have taken from me. It was like directly exploiting the consumer on ground level, they took the money upfront and when the customer was not satisfied and asked for the refund they are simply exploiting and mentally harassing the consumer on ground level.
