ACT Fibernet — no internet connection for the past 96 hrs... even after multiple complaints

On 13 nov the internet in alwal area, hyderabad, telangana went down.. As of
16 november this issue has still not been resolved despite a ticket being raised.

Further i am not being informed of any progress on the ticket and the "customer service" is not answering my calls.br...
