Acte Chennai — Payment Denied to Trainer | |||||
Sir, This is to complain against ACTE institute which situated in chennai Velacherry . They reached me regarding online trainning for CyberArk which is niche Cyber security tool. I have arranged all classes for 3 months including Lab access, training materials and students got places as well . When I reached them our for my trainning they have not responded not to my single email when tried calling they make false promises and stopped picking my calls now . I have invested an amount for webex and cloud services and need to make for the same . These people are so bogus and fraudulent that they are not even picking or responding my emails . Sir this is my humble request to get my amount paid as I have to make payment to the cloud services I opted for lab purpose and also the efforts I invested for last 3 months . Below is a summary of incidents . Training Started : 3 December 2020 Training completed : 18 April Students Enrolled : 2 students online mode Amount agreed : 13000/- per student Amount Payed : 0/- Evidences attached : Emails shared by ACTE and my followup emails to the institute .
