I enrolled myself for the SAP ISU training program and made the payment of Rs.30680(including GST) as on 12th Aug2023 through UPI. I was informed by the trainning advisor (Mr. Vinod, [protected]) that the class is scheduled from Monday i.e.. 14th Aug 2023 and I need to make the payment 2 days prior to the scheduled date. This person was behind me unless I made the payment from the date I enquired about the classes. After making the payment, he said he is sending the Invoice immediately which he didn't, not even the next day. I called this person and many other people(no. provided on website) in this organization atleast 20 times to send the payment invoice and mail related to all the course details, schedule, study material etc, but no one sent the mail till now. The class is scheduled to start from 14th aug23 at 8:00pm(as per whatsaap conversation by Mr. Vinod) but I've not received any mail intimation till the time. Actually there is no schedule, only a false commitment by the ACTE employee at Velachery, Chennai Location. Above to thst when I asked a senior number he immediately provided me some other contact number([protected]) I spoke to 2 different person(one named Swati) on this number and asked about the classes whether it will happen or not they said they will get back to me in 15 minutes but I'm still waiting for the response event after 5-6hours. Basically every one I spoke to in this organization making a false commitment and misleading the customers. After taking the money they are ignoring the calls and not responding at all. Strict action/Penalty should be levied against this behavior of an Institution. The website says no.1 technical training course provider in India and globally but see how they works, this is highly unprofessional way of working.
