I had taken up an online course in Oracle CC&B from ACTE Institute. I paid the whole fee of 26, 000 via net banking to them on 08/01/2023. I was assisted by one of their salesperson called Hari ( PH: [protected] ). I was told that classes will immediately start the next day.

Classes were not started on 09/01/2023. We were told that it will start on 10/01/2023. We were added to a group and a google meet link was shared. Upon waiting for 15 mins in the online class, we were told that the trainer left and there will be no class. Upon further enquiring with the other 2 students present in the class, I came to know that this has been going on for a month where no classes were held.

I spoke to Hari about this and demanded a refund. I have assured a refund and now when I try reaching out to them no one answers my calls. I have been trying to constantly reach out to them and no one bothers to receive my call. Please help me get my refund back.
