Activa Scooter — Reckless and Irresponsible Driving

Dear Sir,

I met with a minor accident today while turning left on to Mandir Marg Saket coming from Mehrauli side. A man on a white activa was turning left and just behind was my vehicle too turning left but all of a sudden that man without giving any indicator suddenly turned his vehicle to his right and I had to apply the brake all of a sudden and I fell down... You should note that due to the reckless driving of this man I could have lost my life too but with minor injuries I m fine. I couldn't note the number of that bike but can surely identify the person n his bike. The entire incident could have been recorded in the CCTV footage on road. Hence I request you with folded hands to kindly initiate stringent penalty on him so that he and people like him don't put others life in danger.
