I purchased a panel of Crabtree switches a month ago. These are the isense remote control switches. Ever since I received them, they were not functioning properly. There is some bug in the electronics control. The switches turn on/off by itself. I had made a call to the Crabtree service centre and they sent someone to repair it but the problem persists. Now the service centre has given up completely and are no longer interested. They explicitly told me that it was my problem now.
This is atrocious
