Dear Sir, in reference to the complaint regarding high bill, our team has visited customer's premises and found that meter was working faster, hence meter replacement took place. Also waiver of Rs. 2324.92 has been credited into customer's consumption account, so accordingly the complaint has been addressed and resolved.
