I registered 2 Adani gas connections for my two apartments at Ansal, s Royal Heritage, Sector 70, Faridabad, Haryana on 23.11.2022 but the gas connections have not been installed so far despite numerous reminders to the Representative of Adani Gas who assisted for registeration and provided Customer ID numbers. It is over 3 years now since I made payment of registrations.

I raised a request for removal of gas pipeline for renovation work. I was charged a sum of Rs 3000 + taxes for it. The estimated resolution time was 7-12 days. It has been 15 days and still no team has reached out to me to fulfil the request. I have been calling the customer care and they keep telling me to visit the office and that they can do nothing about it

Since renovation work is going on, it is a security hazard to have...

It is submitted that I have applied for the domestic LPG gas pipeline on 25/5/25 but till now there in not connected gas pipeline plz connect it as soon as possible

After rennovation of my house, I have request to ADANI GAS so many times on call, through email and through online request for reinstallation of gas pipeline at my house, for which payment has been done by me already on 22.09.2024. Amount Paid Rs.3127.00, Receipt No. [protected]. On non compliance, I have paid again Rs.Amount Rs.2006 on 08.02.2025, receipt No. [protected]. On 10 September 2024 at around 4:25 PM, the operators who filled CNG at Indian Oil & CNG (Adani Gruop) pump located at Rao Tularam Chowk Mahender Garh to Narnaul road, take proper action regarding unnecessary harassment to me. Wants to request u to go through the details and give me a proper solution.2022 we got adani gas connection to our layout and our house chetan vihar and then we started using piped gas connection, back then there was gas leakage and service and billing people use to come near home n repair and use to change spares e.ven after 3 to 4 we couldn’t get the gas supply connection .and after getting the connection also we never got bill or msgs on registered mobile no.[protected], so in the month of august 17th, 2022 I had been to Adani Gas, marvel signet 3rd floor Vidyanagar hubli 580029 and enquired but the lady responded saying that our connection and details or not registered . it was our continuous effort to call them n ask regarding the bill generation and now in the year 12.04.2024 we got the bill of 72, 602 all of a sudden and without any previous gas usage details…this is not only us many of our area people have been suffered with faulty bills where in without using connection they have got bills in lacs.
I am regularly visiting adani office at Vidyanagar but every time they say that they need time to check the billing details and send us back .This is the repeat action from our side that going and asking about the bills and details even on[protected] .and on[protected] we had been to ask about the printed bills one concerned Account and Billing department person Mr.Sahil Gupta says that we have to pay the bill but they will not give the printed bills and if we ask him hisncontact num he simply refuses to give and gives office contact num :[protected], , and the time we call he never picks the call and responds .
There is one person Mr.Vinod Papal, Area Sales Manager who never picks calls we have to msg him and whatsapp him but the connection is with my fathers name and he is using small key pad phone.
I am getting calls and people of the gas office are harassing us by giving faul reasons and taking time again and again but there is no solution .i hope you will give us the right solution as even monthly consumptions also never comes upt to72000… as I am working in private sector and my father on whose name the connection is retired .we are 4 members in our family we have only one connection and using this for only cooking purpose. the consumption is less but the bill what they have issued on our d is wrong .plz go through and give me solution .
there is nosuch wrigtten format work since 2022 so even asking about the repair or about the bills they have not provided any printed papers to us .

We moved to Ahmedabad on June 14th and requested a gas connection, but no one has come to install it. Despite multiple complaints, no one has taken responsibility to activate the gas line. Each time we contact customer care, they assure us someone will be sent, but it's been over 10 days and no one has arrived. This is extremely frustrating. Please take ownership and resolve this issue.

I have taken connection from Indian Oil Adani Gas pvt Ltd. at Prayagraj Uttar Pradesh. Pipeline and meter fitted but they are not installing the connectivity between pipe and gas stove. Same has been done to other flat owner of the Resident society where I am residing.

For the past year, no Adani Gas executive has come to my house to take readings, and they have been generating estimated bills, which seem inflated to me. Today, I had a conversation with them, and they have billed me Rs. 6781 for one month, which I believe is incorrect. Today, I spoke to customer care, and they admitted their mistake, yet they still sent me this bill.

I have deposited Payment of Rs. 1050 with Transaction Id : ZHD[protected] Customer ID [protected] by UPI from MYAGL - Adani Total Gas. But till date, no connection has been provided. In this regard, I have registered a Complaint No:C[protected], but no action has been taken so far.
Kindly provide me the connection without further any delay.

The conversion of gas is not proper. Mishap can occur any time. This has been told to company many times but no resolution so far

Sir from Alapuzha to trivandram no cng is available after 9 pm, if even the pump 24×7.. Why this condition?. Is any guidelines from company..?. Please take necessary action for that.

I regret to say that we had paid Adani Gas for the gas connection of our apartment block in August and till date, and although the meters have been fixed in the flats by mid October, till date no underground connection pipes have been laid nor any gas availability to us.

Worse than anything is that the Adani has personnel who have dealt with us refuse to pick up their calls to explain to us. Such extreme carelessness and attitude is very disliked.

I pray that you would look into the matter and resolve my issues.

Dear sir, sorry to say but I and my full apartment block have paid the total dues for our individual connections in August and we are near to December and no connections have been made.

The biggest complaint is that yr officers in the city who initially met us to register n accept the payment NEVER ANSWER THEIR MOBILES EVER. It looks like they are only concerned about the payments.

This customer service is disgraceful and goes against the prestige of yr name. Please do look into the matter and let me know.
