[Resolved] Adani Gas — Complaint against worst services | |||||
Had paid your all charges according to your services .Therefore only meters of your company's gas line have been installed in my house and it has not been turned on. This is how you provide your service. And your officer who gave the connection to all the houses of the whole line except my house does not have the responsibility that he did not come to our house to tell us anything. Apart from that, the officer named Kirit Bhai also says that if I come in person, there will be a charge. Now you tell me if all of them have paid the same price, why don't I charge extra! And secondly, I spoke to your customer service representative last Friday and according to him, I have promised to connect my house till today, but it has not been resolved yet. And right now if I call, it's still seven days. Now you tell me if I want to give feedback to someone for your company, I will just say that the service is not working properly.
