Adani Gas — Customer has been provided with incorrect information and put in trouble | |
How the customer has been put in trouble. Let me explain, On 11st Oct 2020, I called toll free number[protected] around 1.45 pm and provided my customer ID [protected] and asked for an available plan for applying new connection. They have provided three schemes (full payment, instalment & monthly rental). Out of which i have requested for monthly rental based on the same, the customer care person updated the scheme against my customer ID and ask me to pay Rs. 618 within 5 minutes I made the payment also. Now your faridabad office is stating that this scheme is not valid, hence we can not provide new gas connection. As you are aware that customer can not select the scheme based on customer confirmation, the concerned person updates the scheme in the system and ask the customer to pay the amount, which I have followed also. Many neighbours who is staying in the first floor and nearby is having same plan, the pipeline already available in my house building with T point. Connection is to bring to my home inside from T point which is there in outiside of my house. BASED ON CONFIRMATION FROM ADANI GAS ONLY, I HAVE MADE THE PAYMENT, TILL NOW JOB CARD HAS NOT CREATED, PLEASE HELP AND PROVIDE THE NEW CONNECTION. You will also appreciate there is no mistake from customer side. Looking forward to hear your positive answer keeping in mind the customer relationship.
