[Resolved] Adani Gas — Fitting of pipe in stove in new connection | |||
Sir I have applied for new connection for your gas lines. They have installed everything even meter also. Today one person from your company came along with fitting of pipeline to stove after seeing the gas stove he told my wife that we are not fitting the pipe to glass stove we only fitting in the steel body stove. Then he told my wife that if you pay me Rs. 350/- then I will fit pipelines to your glass stove. I am really surprised to learn that you are not ready to fit pipeline with glass stove without money. At the time booking your representative had not told any thing about this therefore, sir you are requested to kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest. Would like to clarify that the conversion of gas stove to PNG is done only in normal stove, conversion in auto/imported stove is not under company’s purview same needs to be converted from your authorized dealer / supplier of the stove. Also like to brief you that any demand of charges or request for conversion work in auto stove is strongly discouraged by the company, and it is advisable to coordinate with authorized vendor of the stove.
