This is regarding the delay in Installation Service.
I have filled the form for Gas connection and paid the charges- on[protected]
The executive told me due to COVID lockdown, the installation will be done after the lockdown is lifted.
Since then nobody came or called regarding the same.
I reached executive again and again, he assured me to get it done as soon as possible, but failed to fulfill his many commitments.
I made an IVR complain in January 2022, emailed in February 2022, sent upto 3 reminders still haven't received any positive response. Was this information helpful? |
