I am generating bills on regular interval and making payment accordingly. No one from the company turned till today for taking meter reading till today. I frequently get wrong meter reading or reading period. To solve the problem, I have to contact every time the customer care and the customer care revises the bill and I pay the bill through my adani gas app accordingly. I generated last bill through My Adani App on 18.02.2023 for 93.821 unit but got wrong meter reading period and bill of Rs. 2733. Hence, I complained in this regard with your customer care and the customer care revised the bill for Rs. 1432. Accordingly, I made payment of Rs. 1432/- on 04.03.2023. Again I got a massage on my whatsapp regarding generation of bill of Rs.1072/-. How bill of Rs.1072/- can be generated when I have already paid the bill upto 18.02.2023 for 93.821 unit on 04.03.2023.
It seems that the agency is making false bill and period for generating revenue from the customer through unauthorised means.
It is, therefore, requested to correct my bill, unit, invoice period and meter reading date so that actual bill can be generated and adjust my excess payment made towards bill due to wrong invoice period.
