This is to your kind notice, I am informing that I have applied for Adani Gas connection in August 2021 for my residence - A-401, MVN Athens society SIhi Gate Road, Sector-1 Ballabgarh -121004. The cheque was cleared on the 27th August. Customer ID: [protected].
After the installation in our society, I wasnt sure why my place never received the connection. Later I started following up after 28th November and raised two complaints, with no SLA of the response time i was told it will be taken care off. Because Adani is a renowned brand, I trusted on the customer service and waited till 15 December. When I called again and asked for the supervisors reaction on call as the executive was not able to give me a date by which the installation would happen. On forcing the executive, I was able to get a date of 30 December 2021. and I specifically took the year because i wanted to be sure that their are no delays. After 31 December 2021, I lost all my hopes and in eagerness to get the connection. I was ready to pay again. And hence I requested Bhawna (working with David- not the real name) she came as a representative of Adani, for the application. On listening to everything, she initially shared few numbers, and later when we called the customer service and got the status of the complaint to be open. Asked Bhawna for the plan of action. We asked her to raise the refund to which she rudely denied and said we can do anything what we want. We were quite annoyed on her behavior and hence told her that we might need to complain, to which she said go wherever you want to.
To all this my Question to the entire management is,
1) A renowned brand has people who does not know how to behave.
2) They are spoiling the image of the company.
3) Customer service has no information, so customer care is not the motive.
4) Is the company just taking payments and not providing services. Are they in some kind of fund crisis.?
5) whats the SLA for any complaint?
Request your support to take necessary actions against the staff working in Adani Gas office. Because if the customer is not getting the service for which they paid, than this is like fraud getting done from a Big Brand.
Still looking forward for the installation and to hear from Adani.
