Adani Gas — New Connection at 1st floor of Bungalow

Respected Sir, I have submitted Application for new connection on 1st floor of our Bungalow, ground floor is used by my father where we have adani gas connection. I have submitted all documents and details of form on 5th Dec 2014. I followed then 1 week later they said me that it will take minimum 15 days for verification and upload of the document in system for further action !!! When I called today 9th Jan 2015, surprisingly they informed me that even today I am not registered in your system. Can any one guide me after More than Month what is the process to get the new connection.
