I applied for installation of a piped gas connection at my home on 22nd. Sep. 2021 along with remittance of due amount of Rs. 5618/- vide cheque no. 791916. The amount was duly debited from my bank account against the said cheque on 27th. Oct. 20121 but there is no installation done so far. I have repeatedly contacted the company's customer care but to no avail except that I now have an id (application) & complaint no. as [protected] & C[protected] respectively. Secondly, they have also messed up by recording a wrong name as Rajesh Kumar Sharma against my application instead of Rajesh Kumar Juneja.
I am a 76 years plus senior citizen being subjected to huge frustration as whenever I speak to their Executives, they give me another contact number to do this chasing that chasing. I am totally fed up and not interested in the connection any more. Shall much appreciate to have my application money of Rs. 5618 back to me and rightfully with 9% interest too.
