Pipeline work got over on 5th Oct but the executive who attended to my connection did not bother to carry out the requisite conversion of the gas stove from CNG into PNG. He hoodwinked my wife saying this conversion is not in the preview of our work and managed to get the feedback form signed.
On 6th Sep I called the customer care and explained the situation to your executive.She put me on hold for about 3 to 4 mins and got back to me saying " we will send our team and get the job done". I waited for the team to turn up till 8th evening but in vain. Since I had no option to get going with my stove I was forced to get it done from a 3rd party, paid him Rs 700 for the job.
This attitude of your executive towards the customer is uncalled for and sends a wrong message into the environment. Was this information helpful? |
