[Resolved]  Adani Gas — PNG - Delay in providing and fitting new PNG connection.

Hi, Myself Sandeep Jain. This is regarding Pipeline natural Gas (PNG) service provided by Adani Gas. This is almost 6 months, I approached to Adani gas office located on Drive in Road, Ahmedabad. I submitted my documents and paid all money to take connection. Despite follow up calls for lot many days, Adani gas people are not bothering about fitting PNG connection at my flat. Although while calling cutomer care, they give me assurance to complete in a week but nothing is happening from their end. I am facing lot of difficuly. Please help me to get connection as soon as possible. They provided me customer ID as [protected] after I provided gas connection deposit to them. Regards Sandeep [protected]
