Adani Gas — Regarding refund

Name Balaben Jayant Bhatt. I resided in D-1 Gunjan Apartment. Our apartment is going for redevelopment.so we are entitled for refund. We have requested and launched a complaint on phone that your team has not been inquiring the site. The meters and pipes are not taken in custody by them and they give absurd reasons for their incomplete work. Our D block and C block are not given refund money in account. Please do the needful.

We deeply regret for the delay and inconvenience, the details are already with respective department and same has been marked for priority course of coordination. Our technical team will visit the said premises and coordinate further for removal/collection of material. Once the material is received with us subsequent process of refund will be initiated.
