Dear Sir,
I have made complaint with regard to new connection is not given to me in September-2020 and my complaint No is R[protected]. Once I have inquired with company for the same of about 5 to 6 times and every time but they told me that, our Inspector is come to your place and then after we will move ahead for new connection, but unfortunately yet no Inspector is come to my place for inspection and no connection is provided to me. So I made complaint So, I request you to resolve my complaint urgently. For your further information I have filled up refund form on 12.04.2021.
Please revert back me with the latest status of my complain.

With reference to your complaint regarding pending connection, as per feedback received from your area Engineer the connection is technically not feasible at your premises, hence you were requested to apply for refund. As the refund form already filled up, refund will be given into bank account through NEFT.
