My customer ID is [protected] and I had registered the complaint of removal and refixing of the Adani Gas Pipe in my residence on 03.02.2022 and till date and time i.e. 12.02.2022 @ 2:35 pm is not attended. I had called up customer care no.[protected] for nearly 4 - 5 times in the span of 10 days i.e. from 03.02.2022 till 12.02.2022 and every time I had been given various timings. I had called up on 12.02.2022 @ 2:21 pm and the customer support executive told that the said complaint will be solved in next 4 - 5 days maximum. I have been telling from the day of complaint filing that my residence is undergoing renovation and i need the removal of gas pipe line immediately for the work to continue smoothly.
But i feel that Adani Gas is not in a condition to understand their customer's urgency as it is a monopoly business for them. Is it viable that a complaint resolution should be taking more than 10 days and customers should be harassed and penalized for using Adani Gas Pipeline.
As discussed, today with Adani Gas Customer care, the lady told very firmly that today is second half of Saturday and tommorrow is Sunday, so that she can try to get the complaint attended on Monday only as we are not working on Saturday and Sunday for complaint resoutions and not sure that the compliant will be attended on Monday or not?
Again it is a humble request that if any responsible authority is going through the said complaint, pls. get the same attended immediately as my whole work had got stuck up and is costing me financially. Was this information helpful? |
