Myself Prathamesh pandey I had ordered a phone through add me cart order id is [protected]its been 2 months since I placed the ordered, I have not got the phone until now and neither the company is giving me the refund My phone was lost by the delivery company and now when i requested for refund add me cart company are behaving as if it was my mistake and they are making me wait for refund 2 months though its there mistake cause the delivery guys was choosed by them not by me so now why should i wait for there refund prcoess i should get my money as early as possible but add cart are making me wait until delivery guys give them the return and the customer care service is pathetic they are making us wait for our money since 2 months now Was this information helpful? |
