We stay in Mumbai and I have booked Chardham yatra for a group of 15 people in Feb'20 witth ADD MY INDIA Pvt LTD Delhi tour operator.. Trip was planned for May'20. We have paid advance of 75K for trip. But in March due to increasing COVID cases we informed them that we will cancel our trip. After that they never picked our call and never returned our money. We are calling them from last 5 months but they are not ready to revert. I am planning to go to Consumer court for same. Deepak Kumar was the person who has done our booking. His no is [protected]. We request all to come forward for such company so that we can fight against such fraud tour operator.

Dear All, Add my India trip has resolved my issue, during Covid period in 2020 there was Pandemic situation bcos of which Company was not able to respond and all customer thought they have lost there hard earned money but in 2021, Deepak Kumar assured that they will adjust amount in coming trip. And my entire amount was adjusted in my 2022 trip to Shimla and Manali. He has arranged 4 star hotels and Innova for 5 days and 6 nights. My issues are resolved, Add my India trip is helping all customers to adjust there amount, either by refund or arranging alternate trips. I trust this Company and i request all customers of Add my India to have faith in Deepak Kumar as they give best services to there customer.

Add my India has committed to resolve above issue, they have confirmed that they will adjust amount in next trip, hope to close this.

I am sunil from vadodara I am plan chardham yatra booked by Deepak kumar in add my India pvt limited in 2020 and I paid advanced 70 Thousand rupees but covid position not done my yatra I am calling please my refund but after call not pick my phone by Deepak kumar, 2021 pick my phone and answering this year your trip done but same position 2021 and not done my trip and not refund my amount. 2022 I am calling many time and mail many time but not answering by Deepak kumar and in February call received and answering this your booking may 22 confirm but after called 1 confirmtion email send from company but after email last 1 month not pick my phone and cut my phone every time .I don't no my packege booked or not any information me so, I am very tensed and confused so please refund my amount this problem not solve so, I am planing consumer forum against add my trip india pvt limitedqaso

Its fraud company, Deepak and amit both ch***ye are making phool to the public. taking deposit and not serving to the clients and holding the payment of hotels and other suppliers. even not paying taxes however charging from the CUSTOMERs. i just scrutinized the company compliance, not a single compliances done by them. I am going to complain in all departments and government authorities about such fraud and tax evasions. I have sufficient evidence that these 2 people amit and deepak are involved in blackmoney conversion behind the tour operating business. They are evading several lacs of tax by doing maximum transactions in cash for some big corporates. if anyone of you also been cheated raise the voice and make these 2 ### comfortable behind the bars.

you can see they did not file the books of accounts to roc since 2017 now question is how they are running company. these ### are involved in big fraud.
