I booked a Char Dhaam Package from Addmyindiatrip. Currently I am on the mid of trip and thought to share my reviews.

1. Hotel Accommodation:-- Very poor and pathetic. Just enter at hotel I'm Utarkashi. I am traveling with my 80 year old mother. They didn't even inform at hotel or confirm the booking. You can imagine the frustration and unprofessional behavior. After lot of conversation matter got sorted and my mother was sitting in the car in such a hot weather. Now come back to hotel, Ankit Palace. Very dirty, bad and poor hotel ..Don't come and stay here.
We are a group of 5 people & all are above 60. Hotel they booked doesn't even have lift, imagine how my mother who is 80 will go to the 3rd floor

2. Customer service: Very Very unprofessional. They have a person at the customer desk name Krishna and some lady. They will put you on mute multiple times while talking to you and even cut the phones. Believe me I have never ever saw such a poor customer service in my life.

We booked for yatra but this is fraud co. owners are cheaters. please not to book any tours with this co they took all amount not proper hotels given and name of the hotels are different than that of iternery. hotels are in remote place. Uthate nahi jab phone 15 din ke baad Deepak Kumar uthate hai toh unke pass har ek naya bahana hota hai bas apko 15din mei mil jaayege ya Deepak Kumar ka koi na koi ghar mei bimar hojata hai . Mr. Deepak Kumar ne mere 50 thousand dene hai jo mai 21 june se follow kar rahi hu abhi tak mujhe Mera Paisa refund nahi mila . We are Mumbai based . We had took package from Add my India my trip for char dham Yatra . But their services too much hell . Ye apne aap ko tour operators khete hai but they are big spoof make a money everyone . Mr. Deepak Kumar ise tour operators ke director hai they big cheeter me. We are from Bangalore, we booked Chardham trip for 14 people(including ladies and 1 kid) through “Add My India Trip Pvt Ltd” for 12 days from May 21th 2022. Before writing the details of our trip, one word about the experience with this travel agent is “we planned for pilgrim trip but he showed us HELL”

We spent additional 40, 000 from our pocket on top of the package amount. Money is one thing but the amount of the pressure and metal stress he caused for us in the entire trip is unbearable.

Please read the below point and decide whether you want to book tour package from this travel agent or not.

1. We booked the package to provide Deluxe hotels with twin sharing including breakfast and dinner. But they have not provided any hotel which were shared in the Itinerary. These Hotels are in very bad state and they are located in remote place which is not safe when you are travelling with family. The food they served is pathetic.
2. For first 2 days he provide 6 rooms (which are only decent not as per Itinerary though) and he pushed us to pay full package amount within 2 days of the trip, saying that the hotel guys are not confirming the rooms if we don’t pay the full amount. He said, if you don’t pay the amount he can’t guarantee the rooms in other places. He showed his true colors once we paid the full amount. After that he provided only 3 rooms without addition beds for 14 people. Every day we need to call him multiple times to get the hotel details for that day staying. When we argued for 6 rooms or to provide extra bed he replied “you didn’t come to HONEYMOON to provide one room for family”. (listed only few words to show his real behavior).
3. On 5th day, the driver stopped the cab at 6 PM on the ghat road (remote hill location). He refused to take us to the hotel which was 50 kms from our next stay, as he didn’t get the money from this travel agent. We stayed in that remote hill place for 2 hours in dark with ladies and one kid. When we called Deepak for multiple times, he replied “that cab driver is not listening to his words, you take a taxi and go to the hotel room”. In that remote place how we will get any cabs. He is such a reckless guy who don’t care about the customers security and problems. Please refer attached whatsapp screen shot on this topic discussion with Deepak. We requested the cab driver and finally he agreed to drop to hotel considering our sad situation.
4. On 7th day, we are supposed to stay at Chopta, he change the hotel rooms 3 times and finally at 10 PM he arranged tents in remote place to stay. Morning when we are about to check out the hotel, those hotel/tent guys didn’t allowed us to check out the hotel as Deepak didn’t paid the hotel amount. We called Deepak and he said he will transfer the amount in 5 min, but we waited for 2 hours he didn’t send the money. After calling more than 50 times, finally Deepak told, “you pay the money I will transfer the amount back”. This money we paid from our pocket.
5. On 9th day at Rudraprayag, again same story. He changed the hotel room 3 times and booked one hotel room saying that we will pay the money this time. Next day the hotel guys didn’t allowed to check out and we paid the money from our pocket.
6. As per our package, he needs to drop us in Delhi airport. But one day before the last day of the trip, the cab driver went away after dropping us in Haridwar hotel. The driver said the travel agent booked the cab till today. When we talked to Deepak he said he will arrange other vehicles next day to drop to the Delhi airport by morning 8 AM. We called him in morning for more than 100 times from different number but he did not pick the phone. We ran pillar to post to arrange the transport at last moment in Haridwar. Somehow we manage to reach the Delhi airport just in time. We could easily lost big amount(14 persons flight tickets) if we reach the Delhi airport 30 min late. We paid the money for the transport from our pockets.
7. After reaching Bangalore we called Deepak, he answered the phone and said sorry for inconvenience he caused for us. He promised to pay the money we spent in a week. But it is almost a month neither he sent money nor he is lifting the phone.
8. Above mentioned point are only the top most issues we faced. They are so many other problem we faced in the entire trip.

Even we met few people in Chardham trip who are travelling from same travel agent, they also facing similar issues with him. Even I see lot of new complaints being filed in this site, on same travel agent just in gap of 1 month. These guys are cheating the pilgrims and earning lot of money on our faith.

THIS COMPANY IS BIG FRAUD.

This company and their director/owner Mr. Amit Kumar is a liar and fraud. We had made bookings for Char Dham Yatra through him which included Vehicle and Hotel stay during the tour. He gave us a tour itinerary including hotels where accommodation will be arranged and asked us to pay advance. We paid the advance booking amount of Rs.25000/- and they confirmed received of this amount and said we will share the confirmation voucher/booking details shortly. We tried helicopter booking for kedarnath through him and paid him the ticket amount also, however because of technical reasons the bookings could not be done so this amount of Rs. 60000/- was also with him as advance. Till then he didn't gave us the confirmation voucher. We got the vehicle driver details one day in advance. On the start date of tour Delhi, the driver denied duty and was talking very rudely to us (we came to know that Mr. Amit has not cleared his earlier dues and not giving him any money and so he is behaving with us in this way). Finally, the driver agreed and we went to office of Add My India Trip Pvt Ltd and Mr. Amit asked us to pay balance amount which we did and he said he is sending the confirmation voucher of hotels on whatsapp next 30 mins, which unfortunately never came to us.

Mr. Amit changed the hotel bookings at each location without informing us. When we reached Uttarkashi our initial booking (at time of advance payment) was in Shiva Linga Resort, however Mr. Amit mentioned that because of some problems in hotel they have changed the booking and the booking is Hotel Dev Bhoomi. When we reached the hotel at around 9 pm, the hotel manager/owner said there is no such booking being done. When we called Mr. Amit he started giving excuses that hotel owner is lying or there is some confusion and he is arranging for some alternate hotel. He then suggested some near place which was pathetic than an lodge and asking us to adjust there as last minute he can arrange there only. We were with family and could not have stayed there. we in the mean time crosschecked with Shiva linga resort on availability and once rooms were confirmed we checked in into the hotel. Mr. Amit confirmed that we directly pay the hotel bill (room, food charges) and he will refund the charges to us. total amount was Rs.28350/- for two nights stay including food. We have already shared all bills with him for refund.

Similarly he had changed the hotel in Guptkashi and we then asked him to book a hotel of our choice and any difference in amount we will adjust. Mr. Amit was required to pay Rs.15000 additional to the hotel and he already has Rs .28350 with him, however at the time of checkout the hotel manager mentioned that they have got a call from Mr. Amit that take payment from us only else do not allow them to check out from the hotel. We didnt had any option but to pay this Rs.15000/-, however again Mr. Amit confirmed that whatever amount is pending he will refund at the end of the trip and can be collected from his office.

On the last day of the trip, the driver denied switching on the AC as he did not received his pending payments from Mr. Amit.Finally after lot of requests the driver agreed to switch on the AC.

When we reached back Delhi and tried to contact Mr. Amit for refund of Rs.28350, he is saying it is in process with accounts and will be done shortly. From last 5 days he is not answering any calls nor replying to messages and we dont have any visibility of our refunds.

Mr. Amit from Add My India Trip is a fraud and company is also fraud. They have taken all payments through online / cash for our trip and changed hotel options by giving lower category hotels, vehicle was pathetic and old and many such instances where we struggled during the tour. He is making fool of tourists by false promises and the government should cancel his company registration and blacklist him.

Our Trip stated from 3rd June Delhi and we returned on 12th June to Delhi.

We had booked Char Dham Yatra and started it on 2nd May 2022. We were 5 persons and travel in a group of 13 Persons as per their Itinerary. They had provided very bad quality Hotel & Food where as it is written to provide Delux Room. When we complain they replied at least you where having roof in your head, peoples are living in Tent, then for what they had taken money. As per Itinerary the tour was of 12 days but they skipped 1 day and made it of 11 days without any information. On 11th day they have to made arrangement at Srinagar for stay but not done that. Our return ticket was as per their Itinerary but as they skipped one day we have to make our own arrangement for stay at Delhi at our own Cost. They had taken money for 12 days then they should provide arrangement for the same.

We stay in Mumbai and I have booked Chardham yatra for a group of 15 people in Feb'20 witth ADD MY INDIA Pvt LTD Delhi tour operator.. Trip was planned for May'20. We have paid advance of 75K for trip. But in March due to increasing COVID cases we informed them that we will cancel our trip. After that they never picked our call and never returned our money.
