I bought a video course (pre-recorded) of Adda247 for 1500+ rupees and the videos are of terrible quality. There is borderline incomprehensible. They try to deflect queries by asking you to give them some time, but the issue of low video quality during streaming hasn't been fixed. The asking for time is just a ploy to kick the bucket down the road while they have no intention of fixing it.
The educators working for Adda247 are few of the best in their field and they are taking advantage of that to provide an inferior service while it comes to the website and the customer service. The customer service has absolutely no intention of solving your problem.
They would not allow for a refund despite selling the students products which are hugely unreliable because of the video quality.
There is no option to control the video quality as there is no way you can set the video quality on laptop, if one doesn't want to look at the small screen of a phone, then this becomes an unsolvable problem.
As the report is public, I would not be including documents, but I am willing to provide it to you on a later date via email.
