I purchased adda247 online streaming video course for competitive exams preparation. My internet speed is 10 mbps enough for streaming hd videos without any interruption. There is no problem from my side. But their videos always play in very low quality, letters are not visible it is very difficult to follow those videos. I also contact them 2 3 times. They said they will resolve this problem after one week. This course validity is 2 months only. So i am going to lose one-week video course. How is it justifiable?
