& non receipt of transfer of pli policy no aps-322188-p in receipt of 8368856-a ex-warrant officer j s babu (J subendrababu)

Please refer my application no 8368856-a dated 04 dec 2017 (Speed post no et[protected]in dated 05 dec 2017) and e mail dt 28 may 2018 & 01 nov 2018

2. Till date i have not been received any information neither from the dte nor pli dte tamil nadu circle.
3. Due to my sickness i can’t to conducted the dte. It is requested that my policy document held at dte please transfer to tamil nadu circle and intimate me please.
4. Original policy document, original premium receipt book & statement of premium paid are enclosed my transfer application.
