My date of retirement was 30 June 2014.Upon retirement I have applied for premium receipt book for payment through civil post office at BARAMBAGARH SO PIN-754031, under ATHGARH HQ PIN-754029 from Adm Bn Depot Coy AOC Centre Secunderabad on 25 Jun 2014.After that I have sent personal letter registered by post vide AR[protected]IN dt 11 Oct 2014.But I have not recd premium receipt book till date. This made me unable to pay premium in cash which has resulted in lapse of policy. Please arrange to transfer my policy to concerned civil post office BARAMBAGARH SO PIN-754031 state Odisha and issue me necessary premium receipt book so as to enable me to deposit the premium in cash accordingly.
