Dear sir, Iam Yugal Kishor Awasthi JC- 540538M Ex Sub from Kumaon Regiment. Sir I have taken two PLI policy, no is - 1-APS 936441-L/1098901 2-APS 936440-L/1098899 date of opening the PLI Polices- 22 May 2009.Sir the premium was being regularly deducted from salary till I was serving. And sir I was already sent the DOC Certificate to APS on 12 December 2014.But sir iam not getting any kind of response from your side.I would like to transfer these two polices in my native Head Post Office Haldwani dist Nainital (Uttarakhand).pin code is 263139 (HALDWANI).
