I Dr. Alkajyoti Sharma, Sheikhupura, Bihar is victim of cyber fraud happed to me at online shopping platform on Amazon shopping site name ADDMECART shopping site. I have email about the incidence to Amazon about the fraud but got no response. While purchasing a stand fan of BAJAJ, I have made a payment of Rs. 1110 and the product is not found while tracking the product. The customer care services of ADDMECART is not responding. Kindly help us for the reimbursement of the amount and help me to rebuilt my faith on Amazon and the cybercrime portal authorities.
