Have booked a microwave-airfryer on April'29-2026 and till now it is not delivered and they do not respond to the phone call, and to the mails they just say " team is working to provide the despatch details at the earliest"...

I bought a 32" Realme Techlife TV on the[protected] with order id. [protected] for the amount of Rs 8499/- but i often check the status it shows a different type of stages for almost 9 days without providing a tracking id. When contacted through mobile no. they provided which is always non responsive. So, I contacted via email somehow they response by claiming that they contacted me but im unreachable as a confirmation call which is odd...

Sent email for online payment details to [protected]@addmecart.com & received reply to be delivered within 4 to 7 days.

I had ordered a Honeywell air purifier from Addmecart on 04 Dec 2025 at 7.56 pm and paid the money- Rs 9999/- using my credit card. The air purifier has not been delivered till date. I have spoken to the company twice on 080-62 but to no avail and have stopped responding to the calls now.

I Dr. Alkajyoti Sharma, Sheikhupura, Bihar is victim of cyber fraud happed to me at online shopping platform on Amazon shopping site name ADDMECART shopping site. I have email about the incidence to Amazon about the fraud but got no response. While purchasing a stand fan of BAJAJ, I have made a payment of Rs. 1110 and the product is not found while tracking the product. The customer care services of ADDMECART is not responding. Kindly help us for the reimbursement of the amount and help me to rebuilt my faith on Amazon and the cybercrime portal authorities.

Just got to know that there are many people like me who have been cheated by this fraud company.

I had ordered for a Toaster (Order ID#[protected]) on 29-March. However since i was not getting an update even after a Week, i reached out to them via email to get update. They said that the produce would be dispatched in 4-5 days.

However the same has not happened yet. And when i am asking them for update or provide me tracking info, they are not responding.

Their On call support also does not work. They ask for language choice and then ask for Order Tracking and then the call disconnects. Same even if you request for cancellation.

So looking at all these symptoms i searched the internet and then found out that many others have been cheated by this company.

I have asked for cancellation of order now if they cant deliver. Not even sure if they would do that if the intent is malicious.

People should stay away.

There is only one response from your end regarding this replacement stating the complaint is forward to the senior executive team on 21st march (Thursday)

There is no further response from your side since then O have repeatedly mailing u regarding the same and Tried to call the customer care also They are Not answering and If they answer in these span of 14 days they telling the same that The complaint is forward to senior executive team

In the past 2 days the customer care number is Switched off when i call

I have sent 4 mails regarding this to customer service mail and No response from there also
