Addmecart — Boat airdopes 121v2 - Duplicate & in not working condition

I ordered & paid online for Boat airdopes 121v2 on 11th Dec on addmecart online shopping portal. On receiving the product, I found it duplicate, defective & non-working. I want to get my money back & have them prosecuted under criminal & forgery acts. Please help to grab these fraudsters & destroy this fake business of duping innocent & lower middle class people who already struggle to earn their livelihood.

Updated by ScotchJojo Same incident happened to my friend for same product. Unfortunately there is no customer service to connect & explain the issue.
