Addmecart — Delivery issue

I booked lg wing mobile 32999rs on 13oct. But after 3days nothing reply by addmecart about my order and not provide tracking id.I sent message and mail my times but nothing reply about delievery date and tracking id.if addmecart not solve my problem i go to court and consumer foreum against this site.
