Addmecart — Non refund and Fraud

To whom it may concern/customer service manager,

I bitterly regret to inform you of the pathetic customer service team you have to deal with your customer. I have ordered the item in October 2020 (Order number: [protected]) For since last year I am trying to get my refund for your negligence to deliver the product. Surely I understood that your company proved you are there to loot from customers. This will be my last email documented for my legal action against your company. As I have all recorded proof and several piled-up emails I have not received the refund and the response from your brainless customer service. You guaranteed that I can retain my money back if I am not satisfied with the product. As I obtain all the emails recorded your company failed to oblige the service which you are supposed to provide. Furthermore, I have included in this letter some documents which will support the claim that I am pursuing.

Totally I am interfered with and I scarcely trust this is not the way Addmecart does business and Shivansh Singh remains the person who always comes back and repeats the same thing which irritates me that the senior manager will get back to me regards to my refund. Presently I come to a decision to access legal help as per the right I have as a consumer and the proof of emails I have in my record.

Please note it's not a matter of refund money you are giving me, it indicates something to be respectful as customer service should have some standard which your company doesn't have that eligibility to attain by this way.
In conclusion, I impatiently expect a reply from your team and my refund before November 22nd at 12 am. As per the advice from my lawyer, I have given you the final notice with time, if I don't get any response from your company then I promise this will a lawsuit.

As a distressed customer, my advice is that this way you do business will never retain your customers and soon I can see you bankrupted or blacklisted. To avoid I hope you spend some time learning manners and training your customer service team who respond to me on WhatsApp and emails without a basic commonsense. If you are not learning from a dissatisfied customer you will never learn at all.
