Addmecart — Refund Not Received For More Than 3 Months

I had ordered canon camera of Rs.22843.00 my order id is : [protected] dt : 25 January, 2022 & made the payment to them . Add me cart was not able to deliver the product on time so i cancelled my order on 18th Feb 2022, we have got there mail in written of order cancellation on 2nd march 2022 saying that the refund amount will be processed in 7-10 working days, but till date i.e. 12/06/2022 we have not received . We have mailed them several times & called there customer care several times but there is no response from there side . I request to get my amount refunded . I had already send them my bank details also as they asked for the same to refund my payment .
