I ordered SAMSUNG Galaxy F41 (6gb + 128 gb) mobile through Axis bank credit card from Addmecart online store on 30/01/2022.

Amount : RS- 12, 999/- (ex.VAT)
They confirmed the order by calling +91-[protected] at 11.54 am the next day (01/02/2022). Then they informed that the product will be dispatched within 5 days. But, as the phone had not been dispatched for more than a week, I called them on +91-[protected] (provided on the Addmecart website) to cancel the order. The call was connected after several attempts. I told him to cancel and within a while the call automatically disconnected.
After that I sent them a mail on 31/01/2022 at 2.53 pm (mail id:- [protected]@addmecart.com) and asking them to cancel the order. They later accepted the cancellation request and updated it on the website.
Since then, I have sent several emails asking for a refund. But they only respond occasionally.
One month after ordering, the phone has not been received or the cash refund has not been received. Currently, I can't communicate with them by calling any of the two numbers given above. If I send a mail to them, they will not give a replay.
