Addmecart — Use, Different & Damaged Product

I addmecart received my purchased Order No.: [protected], Price Rs. 2499/-, is the wrong product that I purchased on AddMeCart website. Received product is different by its brand (Ordered Relaince & Received Airtel). Received product is old, used & damaged by its condition.
I placed a mail regarding my return & refund on same day as product received. I also shared its snaphots & video that is recorded during on a video call when unboxing the product. Addmecart team responded me "Dear Customer
Thanks for sharing; we’ll forward it to our related department;
They will check, if they find that the product is really in very bad condition or unusable then we will replace your product else refund your amount."
on Date : 12/03/2022, Now, 4 days passed but no any response by addmecart team. Now, I have in doubt, I want my money back.

Product received & return/refund request date 10-March-2022, Today 10 days Passed but there is no any response from AddMeCart Team.
