[Resolved]  Adhar Housing Finance Limited — harassment for loan 400000/- laptop case

With due respect finally Consumer have to bear complaint eclogues to senior department though customer complaint my file which is present to your bathinda branch 16/12/2018 which file taken direct Branch Manager. The Branch Manger had take 3 months to clarify that i m eligible for loan or some of the highlight to your Branch Manager Working Harassment And Safe Side by Customer Care Senior
1. I have presented my file on December 2018 but still my file not lodging in system because every time i m visited to branch manger they told about he had 5 lakh loan passing authorities
2. When i Submitted Documents of Previous Loan LOD (list of Document to other NHB Bank ) only six installment going after complaint in company customer care they rejected my file with a reason that 9 month not completed of previous loan
3.once again[protected] Branch Manager Contacted with me and demeaned a consent Latter Which is attached with mail also after 5 day completed to given consent letter and other documents today[protected] they calling for me to given Processing Fees Cheque Rs. 4310/- as usually i want to know that now i m eligible for loan or not THe Branch Manager asked it is not none of my business you can approach to where u complaint me. i have to collect only processing fees and submitted regrading consent letter i have no power u can take your file back i[censored] can not given more time to running file process .

Finally once again i have to take file back from branch . But Question Raised What Demand of Manager 3 month File not lodigng to company system, today 23 march once again first investigation done again why not he return file if i had complete 6 month of previous loan Which is oppisite to company policies
