Foreclosure letter not received

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have applied for foreclosure letter in 3 July 2023, after 15 days no letter found in mailbox.
I was call the customer care, he said that wait and check your mailbox till 25 July 2023. After 25 July he said that you need to visit near branch and this is last day to foreclose your loan in this month.

He was fool his customer and trap a one type of loop thats no end. Customer care service...

My home loan is i AHFL and they increase roi on my loan account and i also applied for my loan account statement and i called on customer care number but don’t get response even they don’t know the process and they were charging so many penalties and hidden charges and even after giving charges for loan account statement they only giving time again and again and my emi also increased and last 5 years i am paying emi but the loan amount is not decided it is only increasing by the hidden penalties and last month i have sufficient balance in my bank account but then also my emi is bounced and the charge fir that also i have no solution and not getting support and response by customer care

    Which guidelines of RBI Adhar is charge Rs590 for Foreclosure?
    Which guidelines of RBI Adhar Housing is taking 15 working day for Foreclosure?
    Why Foreclosure is not available in Adhar local branches?
    Why Customer will pay EMI during Foreclosure?

    Which guidelines of RBI Adhar is taking 30 day for property document handover?
    Why policy number not provided by Adhar from related insurance agency when Adhar Deduct insurance amount?
    Why Original document of insurance policy not provided by Adhar to customer?

    Why Adhar not provide Insurance amount at the time of foreclosure?
    Being a customer Adhar will pay the interest on hold insurance amount?
    Requesting to Adhar please reply on every query. Otherwise I will write to ministry of finance and General Secretary of finance.

    Being a victim by Adhar I will approach to Economic Times and Times of India and I will open all the hidden of Adhar Housing and finance.

      I had taken a loan from your bank in 2019 As i submitted my every EMI on time from last 4 years but due to missing of 1 EMI of last month the jaipur branch of addhar house Ltd force a penalty of around Rs 23000 I'm unable to pay this penalty.                 I have applied home loan and construction also .bank charged processing charge but not provide receipt and when I demand receipt then they provide less amount receipt.they have charged 5000 extra amount without any process.they are fraud.

                  I had process home loan from aadhar housing bank udaipur in 2018 from day one cheated bank first processing they committed me 1.5% but at the time of loan taken they charge me 2%, they promise me interest rate 11% now they charge 11.75% what is this happening in bank i cant understand because i dont have option to quite now so i agree on all terms that time but till now its not stopped now i am waiting from 1st july 2019 by rest amount but when i visit brance no one give me right answer or clarity when i get cheque and no one bothered about my problems after this amount intrest amount paid by me on 17th july 2019.

                    processing fee fraud/ never go for finance company

                    Never go for any finance company. They all are fraud.
                    Hi, aadhar or any such finance company are there to increase your problem rather then helping in solution. First of all they so your requirement and agree on them stating it can be done and they take your fancy check in the name of processing fee and once the check got cleared the they offer their terms not as asked.
                    I asked for 20lac for 10yr and initially it was at 10%...

                    If you see the attached photos i was applied for forecloser letter on Nov, 2018 that time they didn't add 2% Prepayment charge WITH GST 18%
                    but Today[protected] again when i received the same paper with added 2% Prepayment charge WITH GST 18%, may i know WHY its happen??

                    N.B- On[protected] deduct the EMI & send the mail for updated Forecloser letter but the letter was not updated, while i inform to branch OM then he did by Hand writing & i am really sorry to say It's totally unsuspected such a Reputed Origination.

                        With due respect finally Consumer have to bear complaint eclogues to senior department though customer complaint my file which is present to your bathinda branch 16/12/2018 which file taken direct Branch Manager. The Branch Manger had take 3 months to clarify that i m eligible for loan or some of the highlight to your Branch Manager Working Harassment And Safe Side by Customer Care Senior
                        1. I have presented my file on December 2018 but still my file not lodging in system because every time i m visited to branch manger they told about he had 5 lakh loan passing authorities
                        2. When i Submitted Documents of Previous Loan LOD (list of Document to other NHB Bank ) only six installment going after complaint in company customer care they rejected my file with a reason that 9 month not completed of previous loan
                        3.once again[protected] Branch Manager Contacted with me and demeaned a consent Latter Which is attached with mail also after 5 day completed to given consent letter and other documents today[protected] they calling for me to given Processing Fees Cheque Rs. 4310/- as usually i want to know that now i m eligible for loan or not THe Branch Manager asked it is not none of my business you can approach to where u complaint me. i have to collect only processing fees and submitted regrading consent letter i have no power u can take your file back i[censored] can not given more time to running file process .

                        Finally once again i have to take file back from branch . But Question Raised What Demand of Manager 3 month File not lodigng to company system, today 23 march once again first investigation done again why not he return file if i had complete 6 month of previous loan Which is oppisite to company policies

                          iam your customer, my loan application no. 00092744. i will take home lone ammount 16, 63, 000/- in the year of 2016. i hve to par reguerlerly 13 instalment but after some time i have lossess in my buseness and i have default in instalment. bank take possession my plot 2 jan. 2019. Regulerly iam contact to bank and pay instelment but bank cant take instalment. bank officer says to me you have to deposit 17, 09, 667/-Rs. Today ireached bank office and says to bank employe i have purcheser of my plot and purcheser redy to deposit ammount of 18, 00, 000/- rs. bank employe refuse my proposel and open three bid, highest open bid rs 17, 11, 000/- rs name of dharmendra kumar sharma. fourth bid open and bank employe declerad highest bid open 17, 20, 000/- but bank employe not show the bid and demand draft. iam says to bank employe show bid and demand draft but bank employe refuse to show bid and demand draft. lastly iam came back my home. so pl i request you pl. check fouth bid and demand draft and pl accept my proposel and deposit 18, 00, 000/- rs and hand over possion of my plot and plot paper to purcheser and cancell all bid.

                            2016 i m applied for home loan in your ahfl. But i don't have this because i m not complete the document required of t&c.
                            I regret to inform you sir i have not any taken the loan of your ahfl but my cibil show for this. I have lots off follow up ahfl branch at gandhidham but no one interest give the solution me. So i humble request for you kindly look at this matter on urgent basis. And i also raise the dispute in cibil consumer but he will said kindly contact to ahfl. Now please guide and help me for further process.

                              I taken a loan against from your company amount 491000
                              But given amount 367000 at the time of loan disbursed. Deducted personal loan and insurance amount you promise that after 9 months enhance loan but till now not any update

                              At the time of file login of lap sales executive mr rohit kumar and credit officer ensure that your loan will be disburse in under 1 month and you take full amount and not tell about police of loan and not tell that the personal loan will be detected at the time of file sales login anybody told about personol loan deduction and insurance policy

                              I follow up many time but not update at the time my rohit kumar resign and other sales manager call to me and ask give the documents but he also cheat me and do loan disburse in pendency loan disburse[protected] but i recieved payment on[protected] after regular follow up with meerut office branch manager mr subhash sharma. He help me in receive payment but 2 emi shown bouns in my cibil yet i not recieve payment

                              I provide all necessary document to bijnor adhar housing finance office for top up as on[protected] but till date not receive any information about this one more incident in my knowledge when i inform adhar office for top up after this from next month my installment automatically close deducted from my account than bijnor adhar office proof that i am not eligible for top up as per your company policy my top up login fees cheque will be clear from my account but not receive any update for receive payment

                              As per my bank statement you check that since last three month emi not detected from my bank account yet balance available in my account account and i pay emi in cash trough my friend

                              Your bijnor staff is careless and not give sufficient answer since last three month and alwas says your top up done at the month closing and give fake ptp and not pick call of ptp date and

                              My rohit says i have not idea you can call shyam sir and shyam sir give ptp and enhance ptp. My family blame me that you take loan fraud company who not give full amount and

                              If this difficulty do loan and top up that inform at the time of file taken that person not feel irritation and

                              I very tense and i realized that i do mistake take loan from adhar housing finance. And thought take legal action against your bijnor office specially mr rohit who is careless about cliant and told tell a lie told at the opening of file taken

                                I moni kumar patnaik has taken a loan from u r bank vide a/c no 1270 on my wife name bandita patnaik for which u have debited wrong amount to me with rs.12612/- and immediately credited rs.12612/- on 16.07.2018 in my hdfc bank a/c no.[protected] through ecs however my actual emi is rs.8519/- which u debited on 13.07.2018 which was successfully honored.

                                But the wrong debit by u r bank on 16.07.2018 after u have received the original amount of rs.8519/- on 13.07.2018. For which my banker has charges me rs.590/- towards bank charges for dishonor of the said amount rs.12612/-.

                                And also my cibil rating is also damaged because o[censored] for i need to suit a file against u people.

                                Hence please credit my bank account with rs.590/- immediately.

                                Pl reply within 7 days other wise i will proceed legally against u.

                                  Are you all guys get answer for your complaints..the kottayam branch manager Mr.Mahesh has promised me of a top up and borrowed from me 70000 as fee.he has also lied to me of its interest rate as 8.50 which is not true..top up is not done.he says that he will give my money back.but he is fooling me for six months..can any one help me...I have lost my sleep for many nights...70000 is a big amount for me..

                                              I am Narhari Samal from solapur. I applied for home loan to Adhar housing finance in August 2017.even though I furnished with all documents still I am waiting for cheque. there are a lot of complaints against a branch manager of solapur. I want to say many things that bothered a lot me. I am saying specially about Birazdar sir the head of solapur aadhar housing finance who also doesn't know any proper rules of AHFL.
                                              Despite I am eligible for PMAY he intentionally excludes me from that scheme and whenever I requested him he every time ignored me. His way of talking is so careless that nobody can tolerate anger. He treats with customers (specially with me)rudly. Despite of furnishing all documents he intentionally made delay to book my proposal so that I had to wait for another 10 days to get my cheque. After booking he told me that you would receive your cheque next day but it didn't happened so. Then I enquired about cheque he told me that you will get your cheque next day so I kept optimistic about cheque after two days passed whenever I asked for cheque he every time lied to me so that I had to suffer loss of 7-8 days of my work . Even now I am still waiting for that cheque...

                                              Thus he never cares of any customer's value of time. His discriminating nature made me a lot of sufferings. So please.. I heartily request you to consider my feelings sympathetically and I wish never let be with anyone like this . I hope you will definitely help me and consider my complaint against the manager.
