My order no. Is adidas[protected], i had purchased three products from adidas online india, one kids tracksuit n two ladies shoes. I had returned all the item, the day i received i created the return. The order was for almost 11k. Now i got a message that quality check of the shoes is not passed. That means i had used both the shoes. They are not going to refund the money as per them. First when i received the product both of the shoes boxes where broken, second shoes looks old n dirty (Off course not used) as per me. But when i called customer support he is telling me you have used the product, experience of adidas online is extremely poor. They dont want to give my money back. Sending you the pictures just see if it is used. Message for adidas i want my money any how, buying online since 10years now. I know the policy very nicely It's a scam, this is the way to take out the money fro. The customer...
