I had ordered a tshirt from adidas app in India order no. AIN00688666 due to size issue i returned the product. The tshirt was picked up for return. Since then i haven't received the refund. It was a cash on delivery order. I have tried contacting adidas for refund through every way possible all the numbers available on website, all the mails ids, i even tried initiating chat with the agent but all it says it all agents are busy please try...

I order a track suit from adidas.com, it was not properly fitted on me so I returned within the next day but after 7 days they got their products on their warehouse but still they didn't send my money back so please it's my request to do some strict action regarding their returning policy and help to bring my money back...

My product got returned to adidas warehouse on 26 april 2022 and till date that is 11 may 2022 i have not got my refund of Rs 2999/-. no answer on mails, no text, no answering of calls on customer care no. pls resolve my issue.

Its been around a month since I've completed my return process but haven't received the refund yet.
I contacted adidas multiple times through mail, chat, calls, messenger services but to avail.
They sent me a bank detail form to fill out twice which i did fill but i still didn't receive any refund.
Once i called them and waited for good 15-20 mins before my call was answered by a man who took my order details and asked...

I’ve received the confirmation email that I’ve successfully returned my product and it has reached your warehouse. I’ve received an email saying I’ll get a refund in 7 days but I’ve yet to receive my refund. I’ve paid in COD mode. I had ordered MANCHESTER UNITED TEAMGEIST WOVEN JACKET (L- SIZE) mid April and got it delivered on 25th of April. After checking the size, it was not fitting, so I initiated the return process through my adidas IOS app. On 30th April 2022, Blue dart picked up my return product. It's 4th of May today and there is not a single update of my return reception by adidas warehouse. Please help me as I had done cash on delivery and paid Rs. 6459.15...

I Placed an order with Adidas which was delivered to me on 22nd april 2022. Due to an issue with the quality and size, I immediately raised a return request with Adidas, the order was finally picked up by the courier partner on 24th of april.since it was a cash on delivery order, the refund was to be done on the respective bank account. I've ordered a pair of boots on the official Adidas website. The order delivered within the expected time frame and was paid on a COD payment method. After trying it out, it was a size small for me so i had it returned the next the itself and ordered a new pair with a size bigger and both had also been done within the expected time frame (the new order delivered and the shipment returned to their warehouse) . Adidas — Refund for my product-3200

I ordered an product and due to size issues i returned it. the product has been returned but i have not recived the refund for my product. A msg said that refund will be credited to my bank account but bank account details are also not asked yet.
Its been days now and i am very disappointed by the customer care service they are not picking up calls and not replying to my mail also. This is not a good service from such a big company....

    Placed a return for the defected piece received within the warranty period but they just passed time so that the warranty period gets over then rejected my return by saying that the customer is unavailable then...when I again contacted them...they said that the warranty period is over so new return request cannot be created.. highly disappointed by adidas...

    {I purchased a pair of Adias X ghosted .3 FG from flipkart on 3rd October 2021. Order ID: OD[protected]. It's been 2 months exactly since I purchased this shoe and I would like to say the shoes are a complete disgrace and pathetic. The quality doesn't seem like it's from Adidas and the build feels like a first copy or something. The issues with the shoes are - It's completely biting all of my fingers and has given some major shoebites....
