I ordered samba shoes on 27th August. On 29th August, I was informed that the carrier has lost the package and trying to trace it. After multiple follow ups, I was informed that the package has reached Adidas warehouse in 6th Sept. As of now, they haven’t issued the refund or sent the shoes.

I order a pair of sandals on 31st of July from Adidas website. But on 4th of August, I recieved the product but I got some shoes which are branded as Arbunore. I immediately contacted the customer care service and he have initiated the return pick up immediately. On the same day within a span of 5 hrs I have returned the product to the delivery partner. My order number is AIN03658356 was delivered on 3rd August 2023, amount is Rs. 3599. This order is cash on delivery. Just because size is too large return is requested on adidas app on 4th of august 2023. Next day, on 5th of august 2023 item was picked up from my doorstep by blue dart delivery person. But till now I didn't get any confirmation mail as well as refund. I raised complaint also but I didn't get any reply by concerning team. As it is more than 2 days, I didn't get any refund. Please provide proper detail related to refund how can I get whether in app wallet ( in app there is no wallet kind of thing ) or bank account (no mail related to bank details).

I ordered a pair of shoes Order no AIN03361325 on 23rd June 2023, which I returned on 28th June 2023. Since the order was cash on delivery, I was suppose to get a Pay U Link, which I have not received till date. Its been more a a month I have been reaching out to there customer service more than 10+ times, but no action has been taken yet.

I tried ordering a shoe worth 5099 but the order was not placed as transaction failed. But the money was debited from my bank account. Where did my money go.I need a refund.

I have placed a return request having order ID AIN03531758 on 19th of July, but items not picked up till now.

Return pickup scheduled for 20th of July but not picked up. Then I contacted customer care regrading failed pickup again return pickup scheduled for 28th of July and again pickup failed due to false reporting of courier company.

Neither courier partner visited my address nor I received any call regarding pickup but the Courier partner delhivery falsely updated that the return pickup failed due to product count mismatch.

Worst service provided by Adidas which is not acceptable to me.

It's almost 3 days the item not received. It's worth Rs. 8000/-.
Courier partner Blue Dart sending wrong messages that customer not available. Wherein customer is at the address. 24*7. Spoke to customer care but 6 personnel unable to give answer or reply. Team is solving till date with no reply.

I had ordered my product on 15th July 2023 and was supposed to get delivered on within 6-7 days but due to my personal mistakes, i could not receive the order despite courier boy calling me several times. Now ofd lock has been applied to the product. Please help me in delivering my order as soon as possible.

Bought ortho sole shoes last month from adidas store, i am facing heat issues, whenever i wear the shoes, feel very hot inside, which i never faced earlier with other adidas shoes.

I have bought an adidas shoe as cash on delivery on 17/06/2023 of Rs 4799 order no AIN03344361 and due to small size, i returned the the shoe on 21/06/2023.Yet no query for bank detail is being asked by the company and I have been bothered a lot.
Though customer helpline is not receiving the call.What should I do next and where to go?

I placed a order of a shoe worth 13799 in adidas but when i completed the transaction it showed a error and but the amount was deducted from my bank account and it confirmed with a sms stating a amount of 13799 is deducted from the account and is sent to adidas

Once again, I'm writing this email with a heavy heart. This is regarding the poor product shoe quality of the adidas shoes. I recently exchanged my Adidas shoes by paying an extra amount and this time I bought ULTRABOOST LIGHT SHOES 23 at the price of INR 18999/- and again the same result. I ordered some products on adidas on 13th may and i received it on 17th may. A item was missing in my order but i already gave the money, adidas is neither delivering the product nor giving the money back. After 15 days of so many phone calls in which so many of them were not answered and mails after mails, they are saying that they dispatched the product and they can't do anything in this.
I am literally feeling mentally harassed. It's their fault, they should give my money back. The product cost me 1440 rupees.

I have placed return of 3 products under 2 different return IDs. adidas team picked up 2 products on 30th April and their delivery partner marked it under wrong return ID. It has been more than 20 days since when I am requesting the team to initiate refund for the 2 products they have received. But Adidas is such a fraud and scam site that evety time I call them, I have been asked to wait for next 3-4 business days stating that ohr delivery partner has made an error and we need time to rectify.

The third product is still waiting to be picked up. i can’t believe that brands like Adidas are cheating on customers hard earned money.

I purchased a tshirt order no.AIN03136251 on 12 may 2023 and got it on 15 May 2023 .But due to size issues I returned it and the parcel was returned to the warehouse on 19th May 2023 .With the quality check being approved I got the tax credit notice also and the company ensured the refund has been approved. But I didn't get any link yo fill my bank details for the refund.so kindly look into this matter as I am having Major inconvenience due to this.
