      Refund not received from Adidas.co.in

      I ordered an Adidas bag from their official website on Cash on Delivery.
      However, I did not like the quality of the bag, so I returned it after 2-3 days.

      But, I have not received a refund from them even after raising the issue 2-3 times with their team.

      I contacted their customer support team, they gave me a form to fill. I have filled out the form but haven't received the refund yet.

      The item vide above order was to be picked up by Adidas and money refunded as per warranty conditions.
      Unfortunately, the pickup assigned by Adidas to Blue Dart has not been happening since 3rd August 2024 for some mysterious reasons. Starting with Pick-up Registration No. [protected] on 3rd August 2024, until the current registration no. [protected], I am being harassed by them - both mentally and in terms of my time, as NO ONE EVER EITHER CALLED FOR PICK-UP NOR ANYONE TURNED UP AT THE ADDRESS. Every time a FALSE REPORT OF PICK-UP FAILURE has been sent and Adidas blindly reported the same to me and asked me to reschedule pick-up. Since 3.8.24, I had written several emails and called up both Adidas and Blue Dart several times. Every time, I have been given a hollow assurance and a new pick-up registration has been generated, with the end result remaining same.
      I have been told by Blue Dart Customer Care that the local center could not complete pick-up due to space constraints. What a big lie! They aren't able to pick up just a pair of shoes due to space constraint, that too for 1 month from 3rd August 2024! And they are otherwise operating NORMALLY with all other deliveries and pick-ups!
      After yesterday's message on failure to pick-up, I received the customer pick-up schedule today with the same reference number. Any moron can guest what will be the outcome.
      Adidas is simply playing a game for not refunding my money which they are illegally holding against a defective product with a valid warranty, FOR NO FAULT OF MINE. They have failed to pick-up the item in spite of my repeated feedback that Blue Dart has never called nor attempted a pickup. Every time Adidas have just rescheduled another pick-up with the same partner-in-crime of theirs. The unholy alliance is crystal clear.
      I won't be surprised to receive another rescheduling and another false assurance today, as they have always been doing!
      My sincere advice to Adidas would be to refund my money immediately,
      as it is your failure not to force a pickup for more than one month.

        Made an online order on March 18th, 2024, for a total amount of SAR 658.45 that was immediately deducted from my credit card.
        A message was received that order has been delivered although till date I didn’t receive the order. Several emails and chat messages were made to adidas without any resolution made and finally they prohibited my messages and currently I am receiving a delivery failure email!!!

        Is this the customer satisfaction they are claiming they have!!! The worst experience ever I have ever met… No clear response, no responsive shipment company, no support, complete ignorance and unprofessional handling problems received..
        A very frustrating experience!!

        I was very loyal to the brand, i used to buy all over the world for all my family..

        During same period I made an adidas order from Namshi application in which I received successfully without any delays or issues.

        Currently, I want either my order or my money back!!!

          I am writing this to bring to your attention a concerning issue regarding my recent order with Order AIN05314380. The order was returned and the process was done on 15th March. Its has been 22 days (3 weeks) and I have not yet got any refund for the order. I am only receiving an auto generated mail, or they keep saying they're looking into it. According to the mail my case reference number is 69113910. Every time I call the customer service, they say it'll take 2 or 4 days, but it's been 22 days and I still haven't got the link.

              This is regarding Adidas shoes I purchased from Elante Mall in Chandigarh ~2 months ago(30 Dec'23); and at the beginning of Feb'24 when I got a chance to wear them, I found that the size of my shoes wasn't right. It should be US 10(the one I selected at the store) and the one that I have is 9.5, which is very tight and I got a shoe bite.
              This is an Adizero article that I purchased for around 14k. I could not wear it earlier because I was out of town due to an exigency. Currently I'm in New Delhi and won't be able to come to Chandigarh for around a month's time due to several roadblocks(Kisaan Andolan). I've sent several emails to customer service requesting to exchange this product and have not got any positive response. They continue reiterating their 14 days policy. The shoe is defective since the shoes expands from the sides and look uneven, causing a lot o[censored]neasiness in a few minutes.
              Please help get the shoe exchanged/replaced; and let me know if I can get this exchanged in any of the Adidas stores in West Delhi. I can also collect it from Chandigarh but it'll be after a month's time Looking forward to hearing from you.

I recently acquired a pair of [Size 11] from [Shop No 4 - Ground floor, Adidas Store, Poonam mall, Opp alankar cinema, Nagpur, Nagpur - 440010.                 As a loyal customer of Adidas products for many years, I was surprised and disappointed by this unexpected quality issue. I have always trusted in the durability and craftsmanship of Adidas footwear, which is why I am reaching out to you to seek a resolution to this matter.

                I kindly request that you consider the following options:

                1. Return: I would like to return the defective shoes for a full refund of the purchase price.
                2. Exchange: Alternatively, I would be open to exchanging the defective shoes for a new pair of the same model or a similar style that is not prone to the same issue.

                I have attached invoice and images of the shoes clearly showing the problem with the detached sole for your reference.

                Please let me know the necessary steps to proceed with either a return or exchange. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to your swift response.

                  Ordered shoes and jersey from adidas online on 28th Jan 2024 worth Rs. 5500. Item was delivered and due to size issue i requested for replacement of 1 product (jersey) and since the 2nd product (shoes) was not available, requested for return. The delivery guy (DELHIVERY) came for pickup but the OTP was not generated and he couldnt collect the return. Contacted adidas customer care and informed them the issue. Still no solution. The delivery guy came for 3 times after that but no OTP was generated. Adidas customer care assured me issue will be resolved in a week. Since then I have called atleast 5 times and i get the same answer " Sir we have escalated the issue, we are working with the delivery partner. The issue will be resolved in 2-3 days." TOday is 21st Feb 2024 and still no pickup has happened. Zero accountability from adidas online store. My cash of 5500INR is stuck with them and as i see I dont have any hope that my product will be returned. I cannot use the products as well. Pathetic service from adidas. A well know brand has such pathetic service.. hard to believe.

Even though the Payment was successful and money deducted from my account, the order was not placed saying payment not done and went back to checkout page.                       Refund not credited after 15 days

                      I have returned one order from Adidas.. Adidas Graphics Monogram pajama pant.The order value was 3695.60.I returned the product because it was too large/big.

                          I had purchased an item from adidas against which i had received a wrong product. I have reported the same to adidas via mail and have asked to initiate the return process both from their end and from the adidas website.
                          I had sent the initial mail to initiate the return process on 10 Nov, 2023, 11:47 AM.

                          I had dropped a reminder mail on Nov 15, 2023, 4:43 PM. to [protected]@onlineshop.adidas.co.in

                          I have also called the customer service of adidas[protected] numerous times and have been assured each time that the reverse pick up will be done in 3 days.

                          I'm deeply disappointed with the repeated assurances and lack of action on my return request. Despite numerous promises of a three-day reverse pick-up, no progress has been made. I cannot continue to invest time in multiple calls and emails for a simple matter. I demand immediate attention and a swift resolution to this issue.

                            I have ordered one men hoodie from https://www.adidas.co.in/ on 08/12/2023. I used debit card of punjab and sind Bank of India for paying but after payment it says " PAYMENT FAILED Your payment was not authorised . Please try again using an alternative card or payment method." But money has been deducted from my account.

                            I tried to order twice and money (Rs.5099) also has been deducted from my account twice but order placed once. I didn't received refund of my first payment message but I received twice payment message from bank that your account debited for Rs.5099. I pay 5099 two times but order hoodie for one time. Now my first payment not refunded.
                            So, I have request please help me to get my hard work money which have been deducted from my account.

                              Sir, on 10 -16 November 2023, I ordered 2 Adidas Pair of shoes and it has been pending for almost a month now. According to your timeline, it should have bee arrived on 15th-16th November 2023.The order was placed on 16th Nov. 2023 and received a message which said it was all ready delivered on 14th November 2023. But I haven't recieved ang product form your side.
                              So, I kindly urged you to look into my matter/concern. I will be very thankful if my complian is dealt swiftly and as soon as possible.

                                Refund initiated but but amount not credited.

                                So ordered Solar Glide 6 and they were tight for me. requested a return the next day. A personal took my shoes on 18 November. Refund initiated after all the quality check on 22 November. Order number: AIN04702926. I had a same experienced recently with other brand the amount was refunded to the same account the very next day i initiated return. i don't know what's taking them this long....

                                I recently placed an order in the adidas India website app and the order got delivered but as it was a size larger and loose in fitting i got it returned and as per the return policy of adidas…we can expect our money back in 14 days max although for me its been around 20+ days and they still have no clue why they are not able to send the money back as they keep saying technical glitch and our technician team is fixing it continuously delaying my request.
