So ordered Solar Glide 6 and they were tight for me. requested a return the next day. A personal took my shoes on 18 November. Refund initiated after all the quality check on 22 November. Order number: AIN04702926. I had a same experienced recently with other brand the amount was refunded to the same account the very next day i initiated return. i don't know what's taking them this long....

I have ordered a shoes from adidas.com online app but due to size issue i have to returned it . They have initiated my return and have picked up my items but they didn't emailed me for the bank detail for the refund. Please look into this matter....

I have ordered one men hoodie from https://www.adidas.co.in/ on 30/09/2022. I used debit card o[censored]nion Bank of India for paying but after payment it says " PAYMENT FAILED Your payment was refused. Please try again using an alternative card or payment method." But money has been deducted from my account.

I tried to order twice and money (Rs.2549.57) also has been deducted from my account twice but order not placed....

I placed an order on 14/07/22 for a pair of sandals, which I returned. The payment was made via cash on delivery mode. The return received by the company and I got a mail stating that return was received by company on[protected] and refund has been initiated, however they did not ask me for my bank details.
Till date[protected], the refund has not been initiated. The customer support lines...

I ordered a pair of shoes from Adidas and they were delivered to me on 9th May. I placed a return request shortly after receiving the product, due to size issues.
No one came to pick up the order for about 10 days. After numerous calls to customer service, pickup was finally scheduled and the product was picked up from me on 20th May. I was then intimated by the courier service that the return was delivered to the Adidas warehouse...

Its been around a month since I've completed my return process but haven't received the refund yet.
I contacted adidas multiple times through mail, chat, calls, messenger services but to avail.
They sent me a bank detail form to fill out twice which i did fill but i still didn't receive any refund.
Once i called them and waited for good 15-20 mins before my call was answered by a man who took my order details and asked...

{I purchased a pair of Adias X ghosted .3 FG from flipkart on 3rd October 2021. Order ID: OD[protected]. It's been 2 months exactly since I purchased this shoe and I would like to say the shoes are a complete disgrace and pathetic. The quality doesn't seem like it's from Adidas and the build feels like a first copy or something. The issues with the shoes are - It's completely biting all of my fingers and has given some major shoebites....

There is a factory, where all duplicate products manufacture by owner like Adidas, Nike, Puma, Shiv Narash, Rebook, Woodland etc.

Firm Name is RAJVEER ENTERPRISES.

They do very big deals and all deal happen in black and white also...

I Placed an order with Adidas which was delivered to me on 30th May 2021. Due to an issue with the size of the product that was ordered, I immediately raised a return request with Adidas. After 2-3 attempts of raising the request, the order was finally picked up by the courier partner on 5th of June. I bought new pair of adidas shoes for rs. 5399 last moth for the order no :[protected]. It does not fit initially. I thought might be because of new shoes. I thought it may get adjust after few days. Daily i used to wear for half an hour and walk below my apartments so that it will adjust to my foot. I ordered these shoes in aug 18. I have work these shoes just 6 to 7 times.. Hv even washed them once but there seems to be some problem with the texture of these shoes. I[censored] see closely it has some sort. Of thick. Layer of dirt which doesn't go at all. The texture has becom rough totally and it accumulates dust in seconds even after washing.
I need a replacement or something needs to be done about it. I can't be wearing them like...

Like the nike problem this also happens to the adidas product. They both use the same materials and bonding materials
so when the boots get wet they after a period of 24-36 hours
start to smell as though next doors tom cat has peed on them.
do adidas customers get their money back !!!...
